G5S MH5220
Ricoh G5s print head, also known as Ricoh MH5220 print head, is an industrial print head released by Ricoh Company in May 2016. The main functions of the Ricoh G5s print head include: 1. It features a 4 x 320 nozzle configuration, totaling 1280 nozzles, enabling high-resolution printing with fine, particle-free ink droplets. It can achieve a printing resolution of 1200 dpi in configurations with multiple print heads arranged in an interleaved pattern. 2. The multi-droplet function generates various droplet sizes ranging from 2.5 to 9 pl, resulting in much finer pattern detail than Epson print heads. (Note that multi-droplet technology refers to the rapid consecutive ejection of ink droplets, which merge during flight before reaching the medium surface.) 3. Stainless steel construction ensures durability and a long service life. 4. An integrated heater allows for the ejection of high-viscosity inks. 5. Compatibility with UV weather-resistant inks makes it suitable for label printing. 6. It can operate continuously 24 hours a day, working 20 hours per day, with a service life of approximately 3-4 years, which is three times that of similar print heads. 7. Five grayscale piezoelectric print heads enable variable droplet printing to meet image density requirements, resulting in clear printed images with uniform color and saving 30% of ink.
